A wide clay counter under a warm lamp: a tall stack of blank clay coins you keep, a small clay product with a blank price tag, and a much smaller fee stack — the fair split, in clay.

The deal

We earn when you earn

Refund a sale and we hand our fee straight back. Stripe's standard card fees apply per sale, separate from our cut — that's the card networks' share, stated plainly, not a surprise.

Straight answers

What's in Free?

Your full page, every theme, and selling from day one. An 8% platform fee per sale, 1 GB of storage, and automatic monthly payouts. No card to start.

When does Premium pay off?

Around $300 a month in sales. Below that, stay on Free — the 8% costs you less than the $11.90. We'll never push you to upgrade early.

How do payouts work?

Free pays out monthly, Premium weekly. Either way there's a $25 minimum balance and a 1% payout fee (minimum $2). Money moves automatically.

What happens on a refund?

The buyer's access is revoked, and navo returns its fee automatically. We earn when you earn — so when a sale reverses, we reverse with it.

What about Stripe fees?

Stripe's standard card processing fees apply per sale, on top of and separate from the navo platform fee. That's the card networks' cut, not ours.

What can I sell?

Digital goods only — guides, templates, presets, courses. If it's a file, it's a product. Bits, not atoms.
